How do I place an order?
All the art work displayed in our gallery section is available for sale and each has a reference number quoted at the bottom. After you have selected an art work you would like to purchase, just drop us a line mentioning the reference number(s) of the art work along with other details like print size and mat selection. We shall get in touch with you for processing of your order at the earliest.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through credit card, debit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
What happens after I placed my order?
Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email that would summarize all important details. Should you stumble upon a mistake, please contact us over an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on +91-98100034696.
What are the different print mediums that are offered?
All artwork sold by us is printed on German made, Hahnemühle Digital FineArt paper/Canvas. It comes with a premium coating that preserves the exclusiveness of the art work and guarantees long-lasting true-to-detail prints that even meets the requirements of museums and galleries (ISO 9706). All the Hahnemühle inkjet media allow for fine art prints featuring an extensive colour gamut, best contrast and finest nuances for impressive pictures.
The Digital FineArt papers and canvases are available in three product ranges: Matt FineArt Paper, Glossy FineArt Paper and FineArt Canvas
What are the different print sizes that are offered?
Our artwork/photographs are available in the following sizes (inches):

What is the difference between limited edition & open edition prints ?
About limited edition prints:
These specific prints are exclusive limited edition prints, limited to a select number that can be sold. These prints are signed and numbered at the bottom of the print and a certificate of authenticity is issued with them. All the art work displayed in our Art-o-graphy section is offered in the form of limited edition prints, limited to 50 prints per art work. Once the 50 prints have sold, that limited edition will no longer be available to purchase. The exclusive nature of a limited edition print effectively raises its value and, therefore, its price.
About open edition prints:
Unlike limited edition prints, open addition prints may be endlessly reproduced. Because there's no limit to the number of prints that can be made, an open edition print is priced lower than a limited edition print.
How do I know what edition will I receive?

Can I purchase a high resolution image to print myself or get it printed externally?
No, we do not sell high resolution soft copy image of our artwork for others to print.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS
How long does it take until my order is shipped?
We would dispatch the prints within 3 working days from receipt of the order and payment. Customized prints can take upto 5 working days for us to to dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our work globally.
How much shipping charges will I have to pay?
We currently charge a flat fee of Rs. 500 per order for domestic shipments. For international orders, shipping will be charged on actual, which will be confirmed to you upon placing of the order.
Will I be charged service tax or custom fees?
There is no service tax levied as of now, once applicable, the same shall be borne by you. For international orders, a custom fee shall be applicable. You shall be responsible for paying the international customs fee, determined by the country the artwork is being shipped to. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making the purchase.
Are the products packed safely?
We try our best to make sure that our products survive their journey to your front door without any damage. Thus all art prints are wrapped in protective sleeves and sturdy cardboard envelopes. Canvas prints are rolled up in special mailing tubes.
Is it possible to return an order?
All prints are specially created to order just for you and all our prints go through a stringent quality check before they are packed and shipped. We are sure you would love the quality of the prints. Therefore, all sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges.
What if my artwork arrives in a damaged condition?
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping, you will receive a full refund or replacement if you provide all of the original packaging for our inspection. Items that arrive damaged should be immediately reported to firstname.lastname@example.org or +91-9810034696. Please include your order number for quicker processing. No claim shall be entertained if the damage is reported after 5 days of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Note - All disputes (if any) are subject to Delhi,India jurisdiction.
